Christy was originally born in Malaysia, and speaks fluently in both Mandarin and English! Christy's passion for improving the health and wellbeing of others began to develop when she was just a teenager, and she has since acted upon her aspirations to work in the allied health space. Having previously volunteered within the community to work with diabetic foot patients, this inspired Christy to pursue her podiatry career pathway.
Christy enjoys all aspects of podiatry, taking special interest in Partial Nail Avulsions (ingrown toenail surgery) and Paediatric patients. She is also an active member of both the Australian Podiatry Association and Australian Paediatric Podiatry Association.
Outside of work, you can find Christy hiking, getting creative with photography and spending quality time with friends and family.
