Meet Cristina, originally from Melbourne and raised in the picturesque coastal town of Airlie Beach. From a young age, she developed a
passion for track and field, leading to an extraordinary journey that would shape her future. Recognizing Cristina's potential, she was
extended a remarkable opportunity to relocate and compete for Brisbane State High School.
At the age of 17, while training for National Level competition, she sustained an ACL rupture. This profoundly impacted her perspective, highlighting the significance of resilience, strength, and the pivotal role of rehabilitation in the pursuit of one's goals.
Now a proficient and compassionate podiatrist, Cristina derives great fulfilment from guiding individuals through their own rehabilitation journeys and supporting them in achieving their aspirations.
Cristina is grateful to include cutting-edge treatment options offered by The Feet People, such as custom foot orthotics, EXO braces, shockwave therapy, and trigger point dry needling. Constantly driven to expand her skill set, she actively seeks to further her expertise in ankle foot orthotic prescription, footwear modifications and supra malleolar prescriptions, further enhancing her ability to provide comprehensive care.
Beyond her professional endeavours, Cristina enjoys relaxing at the beach, following the AFL and spending time with friends and family.
