Lawrence is the founder of The Feet People and spends time leading his team to be the best version of themselves. Since graduating in 2009, Lawrence has many years of experience working in private practice, sports podiatry clinics, community and aged care settings, podiatry footwear stores and as an orthotic laboratory technician.
Lawrence became a podiatrist to help people and believes that this is the core purpose of his life. He was first exposed to podiatry as a teenager when the local podiatrist helped with his growing pains. Lawrence was amazed at how orthotics & exercises improved his issue and thought that he would love to learn how to help other people walk & exercise without pain.
Lawrence has a special interest in falls prevention for the elderly, treating lower limb pain associated with musculoskeletal conditions, prevention and treatment of diabetic foot disease and sports injury rehabilitation.
Lawrence is a member of the Australian Podiatry Association and a member of the Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. He has also had past involvement in the Australian Podiatry Association's Aged Care Committee and the Metro North Allied Health Collaborative. He has had the opportunity to treat many fellow medical and allied health professionals, TV presenters & many elite athletes.
When Lawrence is not at work you can either find him weightlifting at his local gym, indoor rock climbing and bouldering at Urban Climb, or enjoying time with his family (including his Cavoodle, Lola) and friends.
Lawrence has stepped back from treating for the time being, to focus on growing and developing a world-class podiatry team.
