If you already have a pair of orthotics from us and there have been no changes in your circumstances (no new aches or pains, no notable changes to your foot structure or function), then you may not need to have another assessment to get a new pair of orthotics. Instead, you can simply use the form below to request a new pair of orthotics with identical prescription features to your first pair.

Remember that your health private fund benefits renew every 12 months, and for most, every calendar year. This means if you have not had a pair of orthotics issued this year, now is the perfect time to get yours so you don’t risk losing these benefits, as they don’t roll over to the next year.

If you need a new pair of orthotics but you haven’t had an orthotic review in the past 12 months, or you are experiencing new or persistent foot pains or other problems, we recommend having an appointment with your podiatrist first before ordering your new orthotics. This will ensure that your orthotics can address any new issues too, giving you the best results and comfort on your feet.
